If you find that within the first 2 years of your purchase that it does not meet these standards then we will happily send you a replacement sign.  Again, to assist us in quality control, it is our policy to have the original product sent back to us before we issue a replacement.


Confirmation and order dispatch

Upon receipt of payment, InteliSigns will issue a confirmation of booking via the PayPal payment service.   The orders are processed immediately and we aim to dispatch within one working day. 


Within the United Kingdom we post Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and therefore should arrive within 1-3 working days of your order.


For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom we post Royal Mail Airmail to ensure a speedy delivery and therefore should generally arrive within 7-14 days of your order, depending on where you live.


Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos and illustrations, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by InteliSigns.  The content of this site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Cancellation of orders

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a £1 administrative fee, only if notice is received by InteliSigns before the goods are dispatched for delivery.  We are unable to cancel orders that are already dispatched for delivery.


Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to English civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. InteliSigns does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.  It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.


Circumstances outside of our control

InteliSigns does not have to pay compensation or accept liability if our performance is affected by an event beyond our control. We include the following as events beyond our control – war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, bad weather conditions, technical problems to transport or any other force majeur.

Credit card information provided during the booking process is processed through the PayPal payment system.  We have no access to any of this information.
