We define junk mail as unsolicited, unaddressed commercial advertising material.

This generally includes any printed material of a commercial nature, such as store catalogues, fast food leaflets, coupons, real estate, carpet cleaning, handyman flyers and so on.


What is not Junk Mail?

We do not consider the following to be junk mail: community newspapers, government information, election information, police, church or any items that are personally addressed or mailed.


How can I prevent all types of unwanted mail?

There are other mechanisms for stopping the receipt of personally addressed mail, such as requesting removal of personal information from company databases.

Which sign size do you recommend?

We generally recommend our larger sign (150 mm x 30 mm) for letter boxes, mail flaps or your front gate.  Our smaller sign (70 mm x 15 mm) can also be used in all these places but is most suitable for flats/apartments, when multiple mail boxes are located together.


Can I still order signs if I don’t live in the United Kingdom?

Of course - we will post the signs immediately to any destination.  Check out the ‘Buy Now’ page for prices in your currency.  If your currency is not listed then continue then PayPal will convert the transaction amount into your currency.



What is the approximate delivery time?

Upon receipt of payment, InteliSigns will issue a confirmation of booking via the PayPal payment service.   The orders are processed immediately and we aim to dispatch within one working day. 

Within the United Kingdom we post Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and therefore should arrive within 1-3 working days of your order.

For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom we post Royal Mail Airmail to ensure a speedy delivery and therefore should generally arrive within 7-14 days of your order, depending on where you live.
